Apple to assign ascent price for iPads relocating to iOS 4? (update: doubtful

As if watchful around until fall to get iOS 4 weren’t enough of the downer for iPad owners, a latest rumor we’re conference is which they’ll have to pay the price in order to do so. That’s right, for the privilege of waiting patiently to get a little emergence of multitasking on your slate device, you’ll have to hack up the money — or so a story goes. Stuff has it upon clever authority from app developers in the know which Apple will be asking for a (relatively small) tithe from those wishing to update their iPads when a leaves start turning amber. We’d suggest keeping the pitchforks stowed for now — during slightest until there’s a little solid corroboration for this — but afterwards it’s not similar to Apple hasn’t done this prior to.

Update: Apple’s iPad licensing docs have been known to lift the sustenance that the “subsequent major iPad OS program recover” will be free, although iOS 4 and a word “giveaway” do not occur to happen at the same time in a same judgment — overall though, that renders this gossip rather reduction expected to manifest.
