Microsoft’s Aspect has managed to carve out the tiny niche for itself, but there’s usually so most places that a large, touchscreen installation can find the home (a yacht, for example. Microsoft Research seems to be wakeful of which, and it’s assumingly been tough at work on a more portable Surface for alittle time now. As you can see above (and in a video after the break), the so-called Mobile Aspect would rely on the combination of a projector and the camera (and mobile phone, in this example, that would suggest about a same turn of interaction as a regular Aspect, as well as even the couple of advantages — like being means to makeuseof a span of drumsticks to foolaround a drums. If this all seems the little familiar, it shou ld, as Light Blue Optics and others have already in use scarcely identical systems to spin any aspect into the touchscreen arrangement.
