Sony, Fujifilm patents have been half-camera, half-origami

Point and fire cameras have been tricky to hold still, but a powers which be thought up the crazy fix — setup bending, shifting, transforming grips right into the body of the camera. Sony’s law the thought you see immediately on top of, which turns a sliding lens cover into a handle using little hinges (or maybe electrorheological fluid, we’re not certain. Amazingly enough, the basic concept essentially isn’t new: Sony itself references a Fujifilm obvious whose cover-turned-grip protects a rear LCD instead. Neither look terribly gentle, though which would you rather select: a pocketable camera that snaps stable single-handed shots, or one which monopolizes your fingertips?
