BlackBerry Torch Gets Dissected

Research In Motion’s BlackBerry Torch won’t be in hands of consumers till subsequent week but the website has taken a device detached for the closer look.

CrackBerry.com messy a Torch for the look at a device’s slider mechanism which helps lift out the set of keys, the fender receiver that attaches to the house and a magnesium tray which a Torch’s arrangement is encased in.

EDGE launched a Torch upon Tuesday as a $200 touchscreen phone (with stipulate which would be accessible to one side upon AT&T’s network. Unlike a Storm as well as Storm 2, earlier touchscreen models from RIM, the Torch has both the hold supportive arrangement as well as the keyboard packaged together in a slider mechanism–similar to a Palm Pre.

The video next shows a Torch’s keyboard slider, that is apparently rated for 15,000 cycles.

Head over to CrackBerry.com to see a rest of the photos.
