Microsoft wants employees to formula Windows Phone 7 apps in their gangling time

You had to know those freebie WP7 devices for Microsoft employees would come with the couple of strings trustworthy. We illusory a Redmond brain trust was aiming for a little word-of-mouth popularization along with the progress in team spirit as well as proactivity, but as it turns out, things have been a little more codified than that. TechFlash has what it claims to be a inner memo announcing a giveaway Windows Phone 7 handsets — from mobile arch Andy Lees, who hasn’t been having a best of times lately — that sets out Redmond’s expectation which employees should “evangelize” the product at every opportunity, while additionally environment in reserve some spare time before launch to rise apps (but, you know, usually if they really wish to). The thought, obviously, is to strap Microsoft’s large talent pool to try and get the headstart on populating the Marketplace with constrained calm; we’re just not as well sure a “gangling time” bit is going to go over quite as well as a “giveaway smartphone” part. Either approach, you’ll find the full email from Andy during the source.

[Thanks, Mint]
