JooJoo hits a FCC, reveals NVIDIA Ion, 3G label
Good well. We’d always suspected that the JooJoo tablet was hiding something additional to run HD video as well as Peep, and it’s only strike a FCC with full documentation as well as the teardown confirming which there’s an NVIDIA Ion GPU paired with an Atom N270 packed inside. We’re also saying the 3G label in there, although it’s unclear either it’ll be active or installed during launch — we’ve been told a 3G chronicle won’t be ready until sometime after this year, but things have been becoming different quick, so that may be in flux as good. There’s additionally a picture showing it using Windows, but we’re presumption that’s just for contrast purposes — we’d also bet it’d be an easy small hack. Though back to Ion for the second: the knowledge with first-gen Ion netbooks has been one of decreased opening as well as drastically markeddown battery holdup, so we’re really extraordinary to see how a JooJoo holds up compared to complicated netbooks running Intel’s Hunger Route chips and NVIDIA’s Optimus-based Ion 2. We’ll see — it’s supposed to boat in only the few weeks. Dual more pics after the break.
P.S.- Oh, as well as Alloy Garage got behind to us yesterday with the list of upheld loc al video formats, as well as it’s flattering decent: AVI, MPEG-4, MOV, WMV and WMA, FLV Peep Video), VOB, OGG, OGM as well as OGV, MKV (Mastroska), DiVX as well as XViD. We’ll see how the battery binds up, yet — our really own Joanna Unrelenting predicts a most appropriate box of 3.5 hours with WiFi upon as well as the video playback time of dual hours.
